Here in Brunswick, Maine, at Ray Labbe & Sons, we’ve been handling folks’ dirty business since day one, and trust me, that’s a family tradition that’ll make ya as proud as a rooster in a henhouse.
History, Y’all!
It all started back in 1951 when Raymond and Madeline Labbe realized there was gold in that ground—or at least some darn good dirt! What began life as Ray’s Sunoco morphed into Ray Labbe Trucking in 1955. Fast forward to 1982, and we settled as Ray Labbe & Sons, Inc.; it was a proud day that felt like a family reunion!
Today, the reins have been passed down from Raymond to the younger generation: Paul, Ray, and Peter Labbe, and now it’s under the wise stewardship of long-time employees—let’s hear it for them—Robert Walton, Bruce Edgecomb, and Ryan Carrigan! These guys know their way around a sewer pipe like I know my way around a plate of fried chicken!
