Founded way back in 1971, it started as a partnership between two brilliant minds – Arne H. Ojala and James A. Bowman. They built a strong foundation (no pun intended!) until 1983 when Arne decided that the solo route was the way for him, and by 1985, voilà! Down Cape Engineering, Inc. was officially incorporated. Our favorite engineer, Daniel A. Ojala, now leads the charge alongside his dad, Arne. Talk about a family tradition, right?
